Besides LINK Centre’s support, Labour Department is also starting a new support service on EM employment ! It is a 3-year pilot programme named “Racial Diversity Employment Programme (RDEP)”, aiming to provide one-stop employment support services for ethnic minority job seekers through a case management approach so as to enhance their employability and to support their career development.
